PAW Climate is the only conference on private-sector applications of AI (Artificial Intelligence)/ML (Machine Learning) in climate - in other words, commercial ML-based climate tech.

💡 "PAW" stands for the parent conference, Predictive Analytics World, the oldest and largest vendor-neutral event on industry applications of ML.

The goal of the conference is to draw climate-concerned software and ML professionals into climate tech, by showing them that the field is full of incredible work and exciting commercial opportunities.

🧐 What's the conference like?

PAW Climate first ran in 2021 - you can find an overview and links to talk recordings and slides at [PAW Climate 2021 (bit.ly/paw-climate-2021)](https://workonclimate.notion.site/PAW-Climate-2021-bit-ly-paw-climate-2021-122f4bcaeb9f4d6bbc6ae4643a674a5f).

It was a large international event with 30+ speakers from climate tech startups (such as Afresh and Pachama), climate unicorns 🦄 (such as Quantumscape and Indigo Ag), big tech (Google and Microsoft), and everywhere in between.
