📅 T-1 Month Pick a date
- 1 month before the event, create a poll in your channel to lock down time. These can be as formal (e.g., using simple poll tool) or informal (using emojis for voting) as you’d like. Whatever the size, if you have the energy to plan it, we’re so grateful! Sometimes, the smaller meetups are where the most intimate connections happen, in fact!
📍 Pick a location
- You know your city best, so pick a location that feels central to the folks who have expressed interest and feels safe given any health concerns. Meetups can also run in offices and workspaces, so scout your channel to see if anyone is keen to co-host!
- See Appendix for common venues where we’ve hosted in the past
📅 Registration: Create an event on Eventbrite once a time & location are chosen
