At Work on Climate, our mission goes beyond job matchmaking. We’re building a platform to propel meaningful climate action, concentrating on one of the most critical yet overlooked aspects—nurturing a robust climate work ecosystem.

Being a part of our volunteer team isn’t merely about being a member of a community. It’s an invitation to immerse yourself in real-world impact, to tackle pressing climate sub-problems that demand skilled minds to bridge the talent gap, essential for the climate-centric economy we envision.

On the Mentorship Team, we’re revamping the expert office hours mentorship program to make it even more awesome. This program allows people to book time with experts in climate and get advice from them about entering climate as a professional. We have provided 600+ hours of mentorship through this program - both the experts and the mentees love it!

We’re also launching a brand new peer-to-peer mentorship program. We’re in the midst of piloting it, but will be evaluating and assessing how to scale this program.
