This new event series is designed to help support and encourage the overall transition to ‘communities of practice’ focusing specifically on roles with a climate specific skill shortage. As such we will prioritise #learn-finance sub community for the first event. Ref: ‣

The event will aim to

• Offer a deepdive into a particular niche, trending topic of interest within a Sub Co. For the first event engage with #learn-finance SME or active Sub Co member for topic ideas
• Draw in attendees through inviting high profile speakers to bring in not only technical expertise as well as sharing how to get skilled
• Help or support members in their journey to up-skill and be more employable and effective
• Unite members to create reusable resources
