Program Overview

Work on Climate is big — and that’s both the gift and the challenge. Members tell us they want human entry points: people who understand climate, will share what they know, and are open to staying in touch.

The Find Your People Program is our new relationship-builder for climate newcomers and switchers.

When you join the program, you’ll get:

• Access to live mixers to meet people in real time
• Curated monthly intros to ~3 people who match your interests, goals, or geography.
• Easy follow-ups: we’ll send a contact sheet + light prompts so conversations continue.
• Mix of guides (experienced members happy to help) + peers (folks starting out, like you).

The program costs $15/month — this helps us keep the program going and supports Work on Climate’s ability to build real, human-centered experiences in a lean and community-driven way.

1. If you haven’t subscribed, subscribe to the “Find Your People” Membership Tier on our Luma Calendar

   

2. Keep an eye out for the next Find Your People event (check the link to see if there are any upcoming)!

3. In advance of our next networking event, we’ll send you a form to complete so you’ll appear on the Find Your People Program participants page and help us to curate your connections.
