⛳️ Objective: Refine moderation process to scale for growing membership base and encourage community engagement on Slack.
- Owners: Mary, Christina
- KR1: Establish baseline of current violations (IN + EK) (Complete!)
- Metric: Analyze a representative sample of Slack posts to determine the initial rate of guideline violations AND the rate before the end of the measurement period.
- KR2: Create a self-service V1 dashboard for moderation data, with currently available data, identifying key metrics to measure quality of moderation process.
- KR3: Streamline violation reporting pathways to simplify process for members and ensure that all moderation data is tracked appropriately.
- KR4: Explore possibility of using AI moderation tools and determine practicality of an AI moderation tool project.
- Identify use cases that are good cases for AI moderation.
For executive team: Figure out how paid work can fold into our moderation process
🐣 Objective: Implement at least 2 updates that address slack onboarding overwhelm and direct new members to subcommunities that are relevant to them.

- KR: Completed phase 0 and phase 1 of onboarding workflow implementation (consisting of Messaging, default channel mapping, and workflow pilot).
