Objective 1: Peer-to-peer mentorship program V2 launched, improving on initial data collected from the first iteration.
- KR 1: Collected and analyzed data to assess scalability, efficacy, and viability of a longer-term peer-to-peer program. Data should reflect our hypothesis to prioritize depth of experience and move more people to action.
- KR 2: Launched second pilot of peer-to-peer mentorship, integrating learnings from first pilot, to support launch of the corporate climate action CoP, designed for 2x the volume of the first pilot.
Objective 2: Identified EOH Program improvements have been implemented and program re-baselined for growth in 2024
- KR1: Evaluated calendly event data to clarify what we know and what we still need to know about the expert office hours that are happening. (e.g. topics being discussed, which subcos have the most participants booking office hours, etc)
- KR2: Communicated to experts and participants qualities of effective sessions that align with WoCl goals (skill-based focus).
- KR3: (priority only if we can find a volunteer to do this) Defined the parameters of the mentor playbook, and dedicate a section to equipping mentors with the tools and resources to engage in skills-based conversations with mentees
- KR4: (priority only if we can find a volunteer to do this) Implemented filtering capabilities to Expert Office Hour page on website
- KR5: Identified a single EOH success metric to regularly track, and implemented the necessary infrastructure for the EOH team to view and track it (with Data Team support).
Objective 3: Mentorship team is fully staffed to execute on objectives, with each member having clear ownership over their workstreams.
- KR 1: Onboarded a full team to meet demands of EOH & P2P mentorship programs, with each person working on an initiative that matches their interests and availability.
- KR 2: Team met together weekly, with regular participation (75% attendance on average).

Objective 1: Peer-to-peer mentorship program pilot released and initial data has been collected for next iteration.
- KR 1.1 : Launched a program pilot, focused on jobseekers, to impact at least 25 members. The pilot will have been considered successful if 75% of participants would continue meeting with their peer partner.
- KR 1.2: Collected data to assess scalability, efficacy, and viability of a longer-term peer-to-peer program. Data should reflect our hypothesis to prioritize depth of experience and job seeking member personas.
Objective 2: Identified EOH Program improvements have been implemented and program re-baselined for growth in 2024
- KR 2.1: Completed updated expert directory; identified and prioritized gaps in experts. New experts have been recruited for 3 underserved areas based on those gaps.
