OBJECTIVE: Develop Content Strategy & Processes
Related Company OKR: Define and integrate a clear brand North Star across messaging channels
- KR 1: Content Workflow: Create easy to understand workflow and SOPs for creating, publishing, and posting blogs; publish overview on Notion, create approval mechanisms in Asana
- KR 2: Content Roadmap: Develop roadmap and build content for Q2 inclusive of blogs and social posts supporting events, mentorship, ecosystem, and PJR.
- KR 3: SEO optimization: create list of keywords & keyword map; integrate into content creation workflow; focus on high-level keyword optimization first.
- KR 4: Email Segmentation: begin work on strategy that allows us to further segment audiences within Mailchimp to increase content relevancy and engagement (Q2 will primarily be research)
OBJECTIVE: Refine, finalize, and roll-out brand guidelines to broader team
Related Company OKR: Define and integrate a clear brand North Star across messaging channels
- KR 1: Refine our Brand Guidelines to include messaging North Star, 3 external communication initiatives pass the guidelines w/o IN’s involvement.
- KR 2: Create an updated, easy to find, and centralized “brand folder” within Canva with templates, approved images, fonts, logos, and colors (note - contingent on hiring graphic design volunteer)
- KR 3: All brand properties are updated, including LinkedIn and google slides templates.

OBJECTIVE: Publish the Pre-jobseeker report
Related Company OKR: Pre-jobseeker research report published and dissemination plan executed
- KR1: Create media kit for selected distribution partners
- KR2: Report downloaded by at least 100 stakeholders in the first quarter after its release
